• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. khelobaji reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if the required documents are not provided.

5 Betting Rules

6 Bonuses & Promotions

8 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or a transaction, please follow the process below:

1. Step One: Submit a written dispute to khelobaji customer support within 48 hours of the bet result being declared. Providing full details and supporting evidence will help resolve the matter faster.
2. Step Two: The support team will review the matter and respond within 72 hours. If necessary, the case will be escalated to the senior review team.
3. Step Three: If you are not satisfied with khelobaji's resolution, you may escalate the matter to our licensing authority.

The amount in dispute may be temporarily held during the resolution process. Publicly posting about a customer support decision on social media does not affect our dispute resolution process.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Terms Amendments & Account Termination

Right to Close an Account: khelobaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will generally be refunded; however, balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.
